Animals water was dirty in all the areas some didn't have water... Wasn't a fan of the kids chasing the animals and the parents letting them. The pigs have a very low standard of living and didn't seem to be very happy... In all it was a let down

The farm has the potential to be a really great place. The paddock animals seemed okay but some of the caged animals had old water with mould in the drinking tubs. There was a dead chicken in one of the cages and I told them early and still when we left it was still there, These chickens were cooped up with no grass or sunshine, so sad. The tram where you make a drinks etc had spiderwebs everywhere and had not been cleaned in a while. I believe that the size of the attraction is beyond the capabilities of the owners. Could be an absolutely great place with a bit more care and work hands. Not sure i'd go back. Made me sad.

Two years ago, whilst visiting my family here from the UK we came to this 'farm'. An enjoyable few hours was spent-however yesterday upon our return we noticed a considerable difference. This place has lost its zest for life.! Firstly the girl at the kiosk gave no warm welcome, she certainly needed a lesson in people skills. Upon our walk around, we immediately noticed the water containers holding dirty stagnant water in every department. Not just filthy water, but obviously the containers needing a scrub. The poor donkey was desperate for a drink..tried, but walked away from its trough. On and on we found unloved, uncared for dwellings. I approached a work experience boy and told him the circumstances. Later, the owner came to discuss our findings. She said the waters had been changed that morning. ??? We very much doubted that. We used the train to eat our packed lunch in. (A few hours worth of cleaning wouldn't have gone amiss) Infact I did spend ten minutes washing mugs and the filthy container they were to go in, plus the sink area and surfaces. Thick cobwebs adorned the carriage window corners. Next..the toilet. A place not to enter unless you take your own toilet roll. The actual toilet needed a good clean scrub too. How sad that this once lovely venue for children has got so run down. In a way I felt sorry for the owner who seemed to have so much to do single handed. Perhaps by ensuring all the animals have fresh water daily in clean containers..friendly, welcoming staff and a general tidy up there'd be more visitors. I do hope this place can continue, but not in its current state. I dread to think what a visit from the rspca would think.

Took the kids down to the farm while at the peninsula and it was a fantastic day had by all. Staff were amazing and so friendly. They went the extra mile to ensure the children had a great time.
